This album started out just me wanting to do something special for my 28th birthday. But instead of me being selfish, I had to deliver the world something that would benefit us all as a whole during these time we are in.

This whole album was made during my journey with Sea Moss. Me acknowledging what it did for me & how clear minded it made me feel, I wanted to shed light on it and spread the word.
